As we are expanding our US-based team, we are looking for a super star Marketing Coordinator to help our sales team meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets and develop brand voice through the US market and generate more leads.
Responsibilities
.Revamp and regularly update our website to increase its functionality and improve customer .experience under the direction of the upper management
.Design and implement successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and raise visibility
.Become an expert on our value proposition, industry, services, competitors, market intelligence
.Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
.Ensure projects are within budget and that timelines are met, follow up progress
.Produce promotional materials, organize trade shows, and insert our products and brand image wherever needed
.Collaborate/build relationships with all stakeholders to recover feedback and information that help improve our brand image
.Manage social media presence and all communications related to our products to ensure they meet company policies, product guidelines, in order to build a strong brand equity
.Create case studies including travels to project sites
.Travel to locations where construction projects take place and document progress for future use as required
.Work in close relationship with the sales, technical, and upper management teams
Skills
.BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
.Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
.Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
.Thorough understanding of construction industry terminology and procedures preferred
.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, and Google Adwords
.Familiarity with or keen interest in building websites
.Forward-thinking, empathetic, creative, with excellent communication and presentation skills, autonomous, and able to take initiatives with a "can-do" attitude
.Able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change in a fast-paced environment
.Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines and accommodate shifting priorities.
.Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients.
.Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
.Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) with strong graphic layout capabilities.
.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Requirements
.Ability to work and reside legally and permanently in the US (no visa sponsorship)
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
.Familiarity, interest, understanding of the construction industry preferred, but not essential
