Data Analyst

We need a part time Data Analyst! Our Data Analysts are responsible for maintaining the company billing system. You will be setting up new employees, assisting with password resets, updating the database when necessary, and providing management with repots. We are looking for someone who is energetic and willing to work hard and grow with our company. Responsibilities Include:

• Enter and maintain users within the billing system
• Maintain CPE assets in coordination with the warehouse
• Generate and provide reports to all departments and sites when needed
• Support management with new product rollouts
• Assist running the billing cycle
• Participate in training and provide guidance to all regarding any processes

You will need to have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
• Understanding of database table relationships
• Reputation for professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
