Windsor Management Corporation, a growing Bay Area Commercial Property Management firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced commercial property accountant to join our team. Our firm currently manages 150+ buildings throughout the Bay Area and we are looking to hire a seasoned professional to help us with the continued growth of Windsor.
The Property Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and month-end closings for multiple commercial real estate portfolios.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Tenant billings
• Month-end financial reports
• Annual budgets
• Annual CAM reconciliations
• Cash flow projections
• 1099 year-end filings
• Work with property managers as required to fully manage the asset, owner, and tenants
Requirements:
• Yardi Voyager experience
• BA / BS in accounting or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Commercial lease knowledge
• Detail-oriented and organized person
• Great communication skills
