As a Sales Associate, you will be focused on providing an exceptional experience to our customers by building relationships, understanding what they are looking for in their next purchase, and guiding them through the process from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain lifelong relationships with clients

  • Provide insight and consultation to customers when selecting their vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs

  • Know and understand the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies through continuous learning

  • Perform professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles

  • Remain connected with buyers following the sale to ensure successful referrals

  • Learn to thrive in difficult sales by understanding objections and how to overcome them

  • Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to Sales Manager

  • Bring a positive attitude and high energy to work every single day

  • 40 Hour average work week


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license

  • Clean driving record

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours during the week and weekends

  • Professional, well-groomed appearance

  • Eagerness to learn and grow

  • Self-starter mentality

  • College diploma or sales experience would be helpful, but not necessary
