Direct Support Professional Caregiver

We are a small local company that started in 1999 caring for young boys with extreme behaviors. As those young ones became men who learned to cope without the extreme behaviors, we opened adult supported living homes for them to grow and thrive in. We have now been open for 23 years and strive to provide superior supported living environments for the people who choose our services. As a DSP you are responsible for the day to day care and support of these gentlemen. You will help them to develop and maintain appropriate and safe relationships, learn to cope with things that cause them stress and anxiety, teach appropriate social skills and all the basic activities of daily living. You will cook, clean, do yard work, drive clients to appointments, activities, shopping and classes and along the way you will find that you have the opportunity to change the life of the men you work with. This is a rewarding and challenging job guaranteed to teach you something new as well.
