Due to our continued growth we are looking for solid professionals that are seeking the right opportunity. Currently we are looking for a FAdministrative Assistant - Automotive Aftermarket Products to join our team.

The primary purpose of this position is to complete paperwork necessary for Aftermarket Product Sales in a timely and efficient manner. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working with the Sales and Accounting teams to complete and finalize deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all documents related to purchases are accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with the sales department and other departments within dealership.
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a clean and professional work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
