Job Title: Soil Test Technician

Pay: $18-$20/hr. DOE, overtime likely & benefits upon hire

Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is immediately hiring Soil Test Technicians for a client-oriented Engineering Consulting firm located in Englewood, CO. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated employees to test concrete, soils and asphalt on construction sites.

This position will need someone with a great work ethic, integrity, and a willing to learn attitude. Job Highlights/Duties:

• THIS IS A PHYSICALLY INTENSE POSITION
• Equipment pick up in the morning
• Driving in the Denver metro and extended areas to various construction sites in company vehicle
• Setting up testing equipment to test materials (concrete, soils, asphalt, etc.) on the job sites
• Training will be provided
• EXCELLENT GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES for certifications and continued education

What We Look For:

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• 3 or more months experience working in a general labor, construction or similar environment
• Routine lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, twisting, squatting and stooping
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity and attention to detail with the ability to audit documents and recognize discrepancies
