About This Opportunity:

Popmenu is looking for a VP of Client Experience to help us stitch together all aspects of the client journey into a simple, consistent and positive client experience. Our ideal candidate is a passionate CX leader that knows how to build lasting and productive client relationships and champion client needs throughout the organization. Reporting to the CEO, you'll have the chance to set the CX vision while expanding the existing Client Experience team.

What You Will Be Responsible For
    • Representing the voice of our clients: Our VP of CX understands that a contract signature is only the first step in a successful partnership. As part of the senior leadership team, our VP of CX champions clients' needs and takes full ownership for a consistent and positive client experience across all touchpoints of the client journey (phone calls, tickets, training sessions, meetings etc.)
    • Creating a stellar team: Our VP of CX understands how to make their team shine! From hiring the right talent to holding everyone accountable to achieving core client metrics - our VP of CX has excellent people management skills and knows how to motivate and coach their leaders to accomplish ambitious goals.
    • Bridging the gap between strategy and execution: We're growing fast and CX team needs to keep up with it! Our VP of CX understands how to get everyone excited about their vision and translate it into actionable steps for their teams. They stay on top of launch and retention metrics (CSat, NPS, retention), streamline processes, and proactively develop plans to address performance gaps.
    • Optimizing Operations: From crucial first steps to scale key business operations to digging into complex organizational problems - our VP of CX is equally excited about supporting the launch of new features as they are about overhauling our current processes and tools.
    • Nurturing internal and external relationships: Whether it's partnering with our Sales teams or sparking a discussion with our Product and Engineering teams, our VP of CX is keen to leverage different perspectives for successful launches and retention initiatives.

    • Bottom line - in this role it is your responsibility to maximize the number of clients who are raving champions of the Popmenu solution.

What You Bring to the Table
    • SaaS experience - 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in building and leading CX teams in a SaaS environment
    • Servant leadership skills - you've learned to check your ego and know how to inspire direct and indirect reports. You're also a pro at hiring and onboarding new team members.
    • Strategic skills - demonstrated experience in establishing and executing a vision - you know how to bring ideas to life and get everyone on board!
    • Business acumen - you understand the balance of delivering world-class client experiences and delivering on business needs in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to be hands on - While the team is growing, this is not a role that allows you to focus on strategy only. From upset clients to win backs - you're not afraid to jump in if needed.
    • Confident and start-up ready - you have the confidence and problem-solving skills to be effective in situations with limited information and make sure that CX claims their seat at the table.
    • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with the ability to influence and build consensus.
    • You have a passion for food. We love talking about food, restaurants, and recommending dishes. It's a plus if you do as well. First-hand hospitality experience is an extra plus.


At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye-level. We know that money isn't everything - but it is important. For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $170k to $185k in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
