Customer Service Representative

Infinity Energy is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative in Rocklin CA. This position is a full-time opportunity with starting pay between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour to start.

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include:

• Addressing customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Extremely organized with great multitasking skills
• Energetic
• Professional phone etiquette
• Work well under pressure
• Excel, word and other computer basic programs
• Alarm/Solar experience is a plus
• Bilingual A PLUS
