Python Developer

Role: Python/AWS Developer

Title: ITDS – Developer II (SI) – Lvl III

Location: 100% Offsite

Must-Haves: Python*, Autosys*, AWS*, Java, Shell/Bash scripting

Requirements Overview:

• Python: Strong development experience with Python.
• AWS: Strong experience working with AWS tool-set: AWS Glue, Lambda Functions, Cloud Watch, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, etc. (Need to be very strong with these AWS technologies)
• Autosys: Experience working with Autosys (the team this resource will support is “Autosys” heavy) – ability to run Python scripts using Autosys, check Autosys job statrun commands, understanding of how to create Autosys jobs.
• Java (Preferred): Medium level of proficiency with Java programming.
• Scripting Languages (Preferred): Solid experience with other scripting languages such as Shell or Bash.
• Databases (Preferred): Familiarity with various databases like Oracle or Redshift.
• SQL Skills (Preferred): Someone having good SQL skills would be a great plus.
