Robert Half is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the deployment lift of contract talent on large scale blended Protiviti-Robert Half projects providing project management, administrative, and technical expertise throughout the lift stage of projects. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting assigned Managed Solutions VP(s) through staffing support of projects, current state assessments and documentation, internal strategic sourcing, deployment of resources and provision of staffing solution.


This role will have responsibility for streamlining data entry, data accuracy and workflow management of all transactions in Front-End Salesforce, MS Teams and other applications if necessary. This may include facilitation and reporting of the creation of job orders, shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling, work order set up, project code tracking and maintenance, tenure tracking and labor approvals including extensions and exceptions. This role will work closely with the field teams such that Talent Solutions is submitting highly talented candidates on time to Protiviti for assigned project client accounts. Other reporting requirements may include scorecards, managing and reporting on data from accounts and other client specific ad hoc reports. This role will also serve when appropriate as single point of contact for assigned stakeholders, guide Robert Half branch representatives and or SA Delivery Center/PMO representatives on project deployment and lift processes as they engage candidates for assigned projects. This person will report to the Managing Vice President

Essential Functions:

Support the coordination of resource deployment in the field for assigned large scale projects

Participate on all project related calls and when assigned serve as POC.

Creates and maintains project documentation and project trackers (scope assessment, project timelines, guidelines, kick off, roles and responsibilities) for the duration of each project.

Partners frequently with MBS VP(s), Protiviti leaders and Branch personnel.

Coordination of Talent Solutions teams and identification of key POCs to run point.

Manage, train and guide internal and external users for medium to large staffing project needs

Responsible for weekly PMO and client/RH project status reports/calls, activity audits, scorecards, infraction discovery and follow-up.

Manage any required transactions within Salesforce or other client or project assigned platforms. Act with sense of urgency.

Provide expertise in project workflows.

Creation of trackers (Excel) to organize all data in process from sourcing to onboarding.
