As a member of the Delivery Excellence organization, the Delivery Manager is responsible for leading successful delivery of projects at Neudesic. This role requires technical expertise, project management experience and highly effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional account leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Follow existing standards for project deliver
• Serve as the Project Manager against Neudesic' s methodology and processes, with particular focus on Agile frameworks.
• Provide weekly project status reports internally and to clients.
• Maintain weekly forecast and actuals of project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and monitor accurate project billing and adhere to all internal and project compliance requirements.
• Coordinate all project meetings, including standups, leadership and stakeholder updates, and internal reviews.
• Track all risks and issues, creating mitigation and resolution plans for executive visibility.
• Manage Project technical teams, and client project teams together to deliver project scope.

• Manage client interactions, be aware of possible changes in scope that require change orders and be able to work with the account team and project team to identify needs in a timely manner.

• Ability to manage multiple technology projects at once, for multiple clients in different environments.

Additional Skills, Competencies & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience project management in the professional IT/Software Development services industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business-related field preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
