cleaning Technician, crew leaders

We are seeking a Cleaning Techs to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. We provide year round work.

Responsibilities:

• Keep Condo buildings in clean and orderly condition (at times)
• Perform routine blowing of buildings (at times)
• Complete job duties list provided
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment (vacuums)
• Must be able to vacuum hardwood floors/mop and vacuum carpets
• Must be able to bend down to clean floors, tubs, showers, baseboards, make beds and make bunk beds, etc

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or other related fields is helpful but not required
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
