JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be providing Technical Support to external clients troubleshooting issues relating to networks, wireless connectivity & devices, systems, servers, etc. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be apart of a fast growing company helping the community, this may be a great opportunity for you!
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years of Help Desk or Tech Support experience utilizing a ticketing system or managing a ticket queue.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues and networks/server issues
- Knowledge of basic networking (switching & server knowledge, Quality of service, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing, 2.5GHz, 5GHz, Ping, Traceroute, nslookup)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN and wireless networks.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Experience:
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+ or Cisco certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Dynamics.
