Service Delivery Manager
Job Description
- Service delivery operations management
- Ability to communicate with senior management and in a multi-vendor environment.
- ITIL Understanding
- Critical incident management and communication experience
- Candidate may get in to Ops critical issues to isolate the root cause technically • He/she may have to get in to the issues technically, drive the issue closure along with OEM • Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution/implementation
- Direct ownership for tracking critical incidents from initial response through resolution via ITIL methodologies.
- Knowledge of Cloud Ops and key features of cloud – Azure
- Expertise in running application operations and tools like Dynatrace / AppDNA or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of compute, network (Layer 7), security services delivered via cloud platforms
