Service Delivery Manager



Job Description

  1. Service delivery operations management
  2. Ability to communicate with senior management and in a multi-vendor environment.
  3. ITIL Understanding
  4. Critical incident management and communication experience
  5. Candidate may get in to Ops critical issues to isolate the root cause technically • He/she may have to get in to the issues technically, drive the issue closure along with OEM • Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution/implementation
  6. Direct ownership for tracking critical incidents from initial response through resolution via ITIL methodologies.
  7. Knowledge of Cloud Ops and key features of cloud – Azure
  8. Expertise in running application operations and tools like Dynatrace / AppDNA or equivalent
  9. Knowledge and understanding of compute, network (Layer 7), security services delivered via cloud platforms
