Assembler - 3rd Shift

The Assembler is responsible for assembly operations of BioDerm’s core products. The assembly operation can entail manual or automated gluing of BioDerm’s products.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

● Assemble product by operating manufacturing machinery or hand assembly operations.

• Assist in insuring manufacturing, storage, shipping, and receiving areas are clean and well ordered per BioDerm’s 6S principles.

● Report to Assembly Team Leader, Supervisor, or BioDerm management with any quality or production problems. Work with supervisor and technical personnel to identify and install solutions.

● Operate all processes according to BioDerm SOP and Quality Assurance specifications..

● Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

• Maintain appropriate records to document production volumes and lot identification.

● Store all equipment raw materials in a clean and well ordered condition.

● Operate additional production equipment as needed.

Education/ Work Experience:

● Good communication skills.

● Lifting 25 pounds, bending and reaching. Sight and hearing correctable to normal range. Clearly understandable speech required..

● Flexible work hours and must be able to work extended hours as required.
