Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Manufacturing or Distribution Accounting Manager in Duarte, CA.

This role offers growth to Controller in a very short time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

• Manage all aspects of month end closing and financial reporting

• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited University

• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization

• Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
