What it takes to be a Nurse Clinical Coordinator at Brookdale:
Our clinical coordinators support the Health and Wellness Director to manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met. You will also explain and demonstrate to prospective residents and their families the benefits of residing and receiving care at a Brookdale community as well as assist in the achievement of occupancy goals by monitoring the health, safety and well-being of residents, and proactively identifying those at risk for move out.
