Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is recruiting a Branch Manager for multi-million-dollar restoration company for their Columbus, OH branch.

Branch Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000-$115,000/yr

The Branch Manager is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing business relationships through agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers as well as other sources. Branch Managers are also responsible for all mitigation/repair production, financial and HR activities within a geographic area. They are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superior client relationships while performing restoration activities for water, fire, mold, cleaning, and other interrelated remediation assignments.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage general office profitability, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable
• Responsible for achieving branch sales targets.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to write accurate estimates and review job profitability
• Analyze and manage budgets
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities

Branch Manager Requirements:

• 3 years of branch management experience
• 10 years construction experience
• Proven ability to build and motivate and maintain high performing teams
• Knowledge of Xactimate is a plus
• WRT, ASD, Mold certifications, IICRS are a plus
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
• BA/BS required or equivalent experience
