Job Details
- + years of construction experience working with ground-up Data Centers
- B.S. Degree in Construction Management, or a related field, is preferred
What you will be doing:
- Supervising foremen, carpenters and laborers
- Mentoring Junior Staff
- Provide Leadership
- Review/approve all time and material work vouchers/invoices
- Quality control, safety, and security practices
- Inspect the activities of the subcontractors and suppliers
- Review the subcontractor reports of work done
