Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

  • Assist customers in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customers with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.
  • Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
  • Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
  • Document services declined and advise customers of current and future needs for their vehicle.
  • Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
  • Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with the customers.

Requirements - Service Advisor:

  • 1 Year of Automotive Service Advisor experience
  • Toyota experience a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
  • Able to work well with others in a team atmosphere
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
