Senior Product Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Senior Product Marketing Manager will create product positioning documents, content, creative assets, and sales enablement tools to fuel acquisition growth and retention

  • At the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customer insights teams, understand our product and be the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap

  • Enable the B2B go-to-market strategy by creating the messaging, positioning and enablement materials to be used across key channels and customer segments

  • Lead the updating of product messaging in our acquisition channels by partnering with an outside vendor to create and update product content

  • Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners including Channel Marketing, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing Ops as well as outside agencies and partners to enable them to meet our revenue goals

  • Drive analysis and research to iterate on our business model and product offerings to disrupt the mid-market

  • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will apply creative problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions

  • Use learning tools effectively to support decision making, (e.g., A/B testing and experimentation to test messaging and inform GTM plans)

  • Strong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences using compelling messaging strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years in brand management, product marketing, and/or marketing experience required

  • Experience with product marketing, business strategy, data analytics, marketing frameworks and managing external agencies and internal partners

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with the methods required to segment and gauge feature relevance for an audience

  • Ability to translate consumer insight and business strategies into great briefs

  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Helps their team make their learning's explicit & shares these with other groups

  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near term levers

  • Innovative mindset, flexible thinker, ability to lead organization to learn fast

  • Scrappy go-getter with strong drive for action; Willing to roll up your sleeves and get it done

  • B2B marketing experience for SaaS and/or Enterprise products preferred

  • Experience with pricing and business model innovation is a plus
