Dealer Synergy is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist. This position is directly responsible for meeting the needs of our many clients, all of which are multi-billion dollar a year businesses in the automotive sales industry, all while exercising the highest level of integrity, service, and quality. This position involves the creation and execution of processes of CRM uses in various car dealerships nationwide. The CRM Specialist would be responsible for analyzing the performance of Business Development Center representatives and creating reports for our clients so they can continue in their success.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00-$17.00 Per Hour (Based On Experience)

Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing data maintenance and reporting through various CRM platforms
- Produce ongoing tracking analysis and monitor performance against business metrics
- Manage and maintain accuracy and integrity of account, contact, and opportunity data
- Ensure that all reports are accurate and that supporting data is properly reviewed
- Collaborate and manage in a fast-paced environment driving all issues to resolution
- Contact with clients via email, phone, BombBomb video portal
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Prior CRM experience is required (at least 1 year)
- Prior Customer Service experience is required (at least 1 year)
- Call Center experience in a car dealership is a plus (will train the right person)
- Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be a team player
