The role of the Food & Beverage Manager is to assist and support the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall operations of the Food & Beverage outlets.

Designed by Morris Lapidus, the father of Miami modern architecture, the 250-room beachfront Nautilus hotel not only shaped the city’s unique style and aesthetic, but the entire experience of South Beach. Now with Arlo at the helm, Nautilus is once again reimagining the essential South Beach experience, bringing the city’s upbeat, urban perspective to South Beach. The Hotel offers an 1,890 square foot saltwater pool with an expansive backyard and exclusive beach access.
