Communications Director
Experience: The Communications Director shall have at least five (5) plus years of professional experience in a communications, public relations or marketing role. Ideally, this person will also have several years of managerial or leadership experience. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team effectively, have a strong set of problem-solving capabilities as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and approving project information or announcements before products are sent to the Business owners and CMS Staff
- Quality assurance initiatives and all matters related to the contract not specifically identified herein
- Working in a leadership role on the communications side of the contract, interacting with CMS staff, stakeholders, and collaborating with other contractors on projects
Education: The Communications Director shall possess least a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or English.
