Housing Specialist Qualifications:
Negotiates contract rents with property owners, assigns contract numbers, prepares Housing Assistance Payments contracts and amendment and obtains necessary signatures.
Conducts or assists in the conducting of briefing sessions for participants.
Housing Specialist helps maintain good relations with public, participants and owners
Conducts housing inspections and related paperwork as required.
Housing Specialist keeps records of active and inactive applications.
Prepares and submits necessary statistical reports and other data as required.
Requirements:
Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States.
As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
