Call Center - Customer Service positions available - must have experience - $16/hr
Call Center - Collections positions available - must have experience - $18/hr
Bi-lingual pays $0.50/hr additional
Training would begin Monday, July 25th and be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm for 4 weeks
The Company is open:
Monday-Friday 4am-9pm
Saturday 6am-8pm
Sunday 6am-6pm
You must be flexible and open to any schedule which will be given out towards the end of training.
Background screening required.

Duties:
- Maintain call center database by entering information
- Ensure the customer service issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Follow scripts to handle a variety of situations
- Follow up with Customers and Retail Partners
- Manage escalated calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Must have phenomenal customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to be flexible with schedules as needed according to the needs of the business.
- Strong data entry skills (10 key & Alpha)
- Amazing customer/vendor interaction skills.
- Must have a dynamic personality and a strong desire to exceed the clients expectations.
