Job Description
Electronic Restoration Services is searching for a part time Office Worker who is especially skilled in administration/office management and operations. As a part time position you will work with the director of operations in the organization of paper flow throughout the office. Your primary responsibility will be to perform the account receivable collection effort. Implementing a procedure to have constant contact with all open balances.Your job duties are not limited to, but will include: Accounting
Qualifications:
- Collection of open AR
- Control the flow of paper work both physical and digital through out the office
- Create & manage the collection process
- Job tracking
- Job production management
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administration/office management and operations experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform work without direct supervision.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Local candidates preferred
