We are looking to hire an independent, hardworking, trustworthy, customer service oriented, eager to learn individual for our Restoration Technician position.
If you have some water restoration, or mold experience, that is fantastic but experience is not required. We will teach you and train you on everything you need to know!

From sewage backups to mold caused by flooding, there are many situations where you simply cannot clean your property without professional help. All Dry Services expert restoration and cleanup technicians have been helping customers restore the cleanliness and safety of their homes and businesses since 2014.
About the Opportunity
This opportunity will include a minimum 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime. You must have a clean driving record and be able to take the technician truck home each day to ensure quick responses. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of IICRC Standards S500 and S520, outstanding communication skills, and an intrinsic drive to grow the startup by delivering exceptional customer service.

Some examples of work responsibilities:
- Perform water mitigation services to IAW S500 and All Dry corporate standards
- Perform mold remediation services to IAW S520 and All Dry corporate standards
- Perform demolition tasks as necessary to complete mitigation
- Communicate effectively with clients about the status of jobs
- Understand when to pause a job and reach out for assistance (risk management)
- Create accurate job estimates
- Remove debris like drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety requirements (PPE, fall protection, etc.)
- Review day/week with business owner
- Collaborate with Marketing Rep and Owners to develop company strategy
- During time periods when no jobs booked, work hours will be spent marketing or performing other tasks to assist the business
About You
Minimum requirements:
- Well organized, efficient, excellent customer service, trustworthy & reliable
- Comfortable with learning new technology
- Comfortable with basic math related to our industry
- Able to lift 70 lbs or 100 lbs with help
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check / drug screening
- Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls
- High School Diploma / equivalent
Desired requirements:
- 5 years experience as lead technician
- Experience in both water and mold remediation
- Additional IICRC certifications up to Master Water or Fire Restorer
- Texas Mold Remediation Contractor License
- Texas Asbestos Worker or Supervisor Certification
- Able to park work truck (Ford Transit) on or very near residence
- Experience with Xactimate and/or Service Titan
