Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a reliable, full-time lead Customer Support Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include handling customer questions, comments and complaints regarding products and orders with friendliness and professionalism. The successful candidate for this role needs to have strong communication skills and excellent time management.

Job Details:

• Competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour
• Convenient hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)— no nights or weekends

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer support experience is preferred.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires highly efficient typing and computer skills (mainly Google Drive and Gmail).
• High school diploma or GED is required, Associate degree is preferred.
