Project Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Project Coordinator position.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within the next three (3) to four (4) weeks
Location: 1 st Street and Mission Street in San Francisco, CA
Pay: $34.87/hr
Length: Minimum of one year with possibility of extension

Note: This is in-office, onsite three (3) days pers week. At home two (2) days per week.

Responsibilities for job include Project Coordinator but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and enhance all people development programs from new hire training to manager development as well as virtual learning initiatives.
  • Run logistics for programs and events involving participants from international locations.
  • Develop content for specific program needs and gather/analyze feedback from persons in process.
  • Proven experience of coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to tight timescales.

  • Qualifications for this Project Coordinator job:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating large multi-day events with various moving parts and players.
  • Organized with excellent administrative skills.
  • Technically adept.
