We started 4 years ago and have already grown to become the largest kids’ entertainment company on digital platforms in the world. We own some of the most popular digital kids’ IP in the world, including CoComelon, the biggest kids show on both Netflix and YouTube, Blippi, the biggest presenter-led kids show in the world, Little Baby Bum, My Magic Pet Morphle and many more.

We are a global company, with our two main offices based in London and Los Angeles.

The Role

This hire will be responsible for outbound licensing of Moonbug’s leading kids properties and growing and engaging the audience of players and fans together with the expansion on to new platforms. This role requires a critical thinker who will coordinate business development and implementation of new strategies to expand our audiences across the entire consumer funnel – including awareness, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and execute new business initiatives across Gaming and Emerging Media such as NFT’s.
• Establish financial goals and business strategies to achieve them, providing input in overall short-term and long-range budget targets.
• Handle day to day relationships with partners and collaborate to improve game launch planning, live operations and ongoing monetisation and game key performance indicators.
• Lead several projects and drive each forward, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Maintain weekly updates with internal and external partners to track performance, address issues and launch strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with the research and analytics team to garner insights; create thought leadership opportunities using insights and data/surveys to educate external partners and potential clients.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in the entertainment industry with a focus on gaming.
• Experience in mobile and digital growth strategies and has a strong network with key relationships in challenging markets.
• Interest in joining a new and growing team within a fast-paced environment.
