The Role:
We are looking for Part-Time Overnight Operations Coordinators to join our team! Operations Coordinators work from our Fort Collins headquarters location and are responsible for the round-the-clock dispatch of our drivers and monitoring of our vehicles in Colorado and Minnesota.

The Role:
We are looking for Part-Time Overnight Operations Coordinators to join our team! Operations Coordinators work from our Fort Collins headquarters location and are responsible for the round-the-clock dispatch of our drivers and monitoring of our vehicles in Colorado and Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle movements in fleet management system, look for upcoming delays and advise on alternate routes if available.
- Monitor weather and road conditions using online applications and traffic cameras.
- Monitor driver attendance to ensure trips are covered. Contact standby drivers to fill trips as needed.
- Move drivers/vehicles between trips in response to delays/breakdowns.
- Communicate with drivers as they move in/out of stations using push to talk phones.
- Communicate with airline systems operations control (SOC) on delays or cancellations.
- Assign vehicles for upcoming trips based on planned maintenance schedule.
- Assign drivers to at-home pickup trips based on driver availability.
- Monitor drivers' hours of service to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and ensure available hours to cover upcoming trips.
- Communicate with next-day drivers to ensure they know their trip times.
- Confirm at-home pickup customers for next-day trips.
- Assist with driver scheduling.
- Field customer service calls and resolve Zendesk inquiries from customers with existing reservations.
- Field off-hours reservations calls.
- Send out team-wide daily operations bulletins/stats.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
- 2 years of previous management experience required
- Previous experience in ground transportation preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines:
- Must complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to comply with company security requirements
