The Salesforce Business Administrator will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. They enable users to get the most out of our Salesforce technology investment. This is a project-based, business-improvement role that will help improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce to help Pie achieve its goals.

The Salesforce Business Administrator will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. This is a project-based, business-improvement role that will help improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce to help Pie achieve its goals.
How You'll Do It
- Sales Process Administration
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Sales tool and process evolution
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Gather and analyze Salesforce customization requests and translate business requirements to Senior Business Systems Analyst.
- Collaborate with Senior Business Systems Analyst, Product, and Platform Engineering to gather requirements for third party vendors. Help those teams plan migrations and implementations.
- Team Collaboration/ Process Improvement
- Improve and streamline business processes for production teams across departments including but not limited to Sales and Business Development.
- Develop working relationships with senior business leaders to understand their needs and prioritize projects and initiatives
- Partner with Marketing on cross-functional projects to drive a data-driven and brand-aligned strategy
- Shared management Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Sales tool administration
- Own Salesloft system templates, cadences, automation rules, and licensing.
- Own PowerRouter administration and workflows (Used for BD, Sales, and Underwriting).
- Own use case management for the Sales and BD teams in SFDC.
- Training
- Providing training and support for teams using Salesforce.
The Right Stuff
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with some college coursework is required.
- Minimum of 2-years relevant working experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of needs analysis process work, eliciting requirements, defining business cases, requirements writing and review, flow and process diagramming, wireframing and business data analytics.
- Has demonstrated experience working in a sales or sales operations organization and has experience mapping sales processes into requirements for supporting sales tools.
- Intermediate problem solving skills to be able to manage complex tasks and work through to solutions with little guidance and direction.

- Basic leadership skills and some general experience leading work groups or task forces in specific projects.
- G-Suite Tools, Collaboration tools (slack is preferred), Salesforce, Five9s, Xactly, Spiff, Looker, Zoom preferred.
Compensation Range for position: $95,000 - $130,000
