Hotel Server – Banquets – Special Events – Guest Services

Fast-Paced, Fun, High Energy staff looking for banquet server to ensure total guest satisfaction in the service of food and beverages during special guest events and banquets.

Server must be willing to:

• During banquets, servers must respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow our "clean as you go" policy.
• Handle and report complaints in the prescribed manner.
• Know your schedule and report to work on time.
• Server must actively practice teamwork and take direction from manager/captain while on shift.
• Responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining the banquet for special event functions.

Job Qualifications:

• Obtain Food Handler's permit within 14 days of employment.
• Good physical health.
• Ability to work with others. Punctual and good record of attendance.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to work well in a fast pace environment. Able to relate to supervisor.
• Honesty and integrity above reproach.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
