Parts Runner / Office Receptionist (Wilder)

Local HVAC-R company has an opening for part time parts runner/office receptionist position, must have excellent phone skills, great customer attitude, dispatching experience. Accounting skills, Quick Books, Excel and Data entry would be a plus. Must have a clean driving record and drivers license.
Responsibilities and Job description are :
1. Reports to Office manager
2: Parts running
3. Answers all incoming phone calls and dispatches technicians
4. Preps service orders
5. Data entry
6. Daily upkeep and cleaning of office area and conference room
Pay is DOE
