As one of our Global Sales Compensation Centre of Excellence (COE) Analysts, you will be responsible for supporting GSC, by standardizing our global processes and ensuring low risk such as policy violations. Through this process, you will be helping to define and redefine future procedures.
The person in this role will have exceptional problem-solving skills while being comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and can work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a great attitude. The expectation is the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, in support of a rapidly changing and growing organization, while maintaining a high level of integrity and drive to get things done.
We are looking for someone who can recognize where processes can be improved upon, and who will take the initiative to make them better. Using strong communication skills, this person is expected to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope. You drive successful outcomes of projects by anticipating the needs of your managers and business partners. You can perform flawlessly and professionally in a challenging, growing, and extremely fast-paced environment, along with the grace and willingness to change direction when circumstances dictate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop deep Subject Matter Expertise, to act as the front-end ambassador for the end-to-end commissions process including timing, dependencies, and deliverables to provide guidance on potential impacts.
- Challenge, define & standardize the existing end-to-end commission processes across GSC the Global Sales Compensation Organization.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify issues, gaps, and ideas for improvement and own design solutions for these topics
- Design templates & tools to help define and standardize GSC processes globally, while assessing a path to automation upon assessment
- Research and learn new applications, systems, and/or platforms that GSC could implement related to process changes and improvements
- Effectively communicate and enforce said process changes and improvements to both upstream and downstream systems and partners.
- Assist the Learning and Communications team with training materials as a Subject Matter Expert or Solution Designer
- Partner with the Program Management Office to inform the level of effort and impacts of proposed programs and/or issues that impact the monthly process
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of work experience, ideally in sales compensation, finance, accounting, or another related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Sharepoint and Visio
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel Skill is required, including Visual Basic
- Visio flow charts, process diagrams, and brainstorming diagrams
- Sharepoint Admin skills, including design, publishing, and maintenance
- Power BI skills are preferred
- Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments, while administering complex programs
- Deep interest in analyzing data, with the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Experience using Project Management tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Experience designing workflow I Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience presenting to Leadership/Executives

- 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is [$75,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
