About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Associate...

In this role, you will:

• Develop financial or production models for deals (mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations) of limited complexity to support parameters proposed or outlined in the governing securities documents
• Use specialized knowledge and data research capabilities to translate financial problems and business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations
• Develop standard and customized reports, ad hoc analyses, or data visualizations, requiring specialized financial, statistical, and quantitative knowledge to make recommendations
• Provide updates to project logs, monthly budget forecasts, and contribute to monthly newsletters or operations reviews
• Participate in projects, including assisting systems support group with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation aspects
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, with respect to production or issuance issues
• Assist with developing departmental and division procedures, policies and controls to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of processes and minimize the risk of incorrect production and issuance output
• Work on customer and market research projects, secondary research testing, or results oriented intelligence
• Assist with recurring projects, including gathering and researching of data, identifying trends, and producing reports
• Partner with technology and other business groups
• Work with internal and external clients to resolve modeling issues and questions related to deal structure, parameters, and set up
• Participate with other consultants or program managers on tasks related to the completion of other various projects, including project design, collection and research of data, report preparation, or presentation design

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6+ months of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Brokerage Industry Knowledge & Experience
• Experience using speech analysis technology
• Knowledge and understanding of NICE or Nexidia Call Recording
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Call Center Experience preferred
