The Sr. Report Analyst will report to Manager, Reporting. This role will conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and program planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models. Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining, and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support, contribute to and/or facilitate the identification/prioritization of business/process solutions (e.g., GLOW, GL Organizational Structure Change Process, and SuperHero Analysis)
- Partner with applicable stakeholders to identify the operational impact of changes within defined solutions (e.g., changes to policies/processes/procedures, talent portfolio and end-to-end talent strategy initiatives, additional requirements)
- Seek opportunities to improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness (e.g., downstream impacts, role/responsibility realignment, enhanced business value)
- Identify and/or establish appropriate testing metrics/targets to validate that business requirements are being met (e.g., talent portfolio, GL Validation table and quality control, performance metrics, process deliverables, traceability, business value)
- Identify appropriate data sources, report metrics, and tools for providing required information according to business requests
- Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any errors or discrepancies identified when reviewing distributed reports
- Conduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements, and constraints (i.e., "as-is" state)
- Analyzes and investigate requests and problems with some assistance from others. Has a natural curiosity to find best practices for all work assigned
- Create and/or update presentation documents and materials to summarize results (e.g., written reports; PowerPoint deck; graphs and/or charts)

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent education and work experience
- 1+ years of experience in report building and performance analytics
- Experience working with a BI tool (e.g., Domo, Google Data Studio or something equivalent)
- Experience using tools/technology (e.g., Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, MS Product: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
- Proven ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer (employee)
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills

- Excellent communication skills; oral and written
- Attention to detail and competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex data

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
