Currently in hyper-growth, we are looking for our next great hire who will bring a broad knowledge of all marketing tasks and will establish a new benchmark for marketing achievements within our company. Currently, we are looking for a Manager, Demand Generation as the next member of our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
- Assist in content development to target customers throughout the lifecycle, including creation of drip/nurture campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams, like digital marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, sales, content, and creative to develop and enhance effective demand generation strategies
- Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
- Help create and deliver reports to Marketing leadership and other stakeholders
- Day-to-day campaign management and optimization
- Manage and optimize campaigns and update the campaign calendar
- Ensure quality lead delivery for sales team by verifying and cleaning lead lists
- Execute, manage, and measure digital marketing programs (including webinars, product demos, thought leadership series, etc.) to drive pipeline and optimize demand funnel velocity
- Live and virtual event support: manage deliverables, create registration pages, coordinate shipping
- Assist with website updates and optimization, build landing pages, and assist with search engine optimization
- Track all marketing deliverables in Welcome/NewsCred and other company tools
- Create purchase requisitions and reconcile expenses for monthly marketing expense report
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations
- 3+ yrs experience in B2B marketing (Technology or SaaS experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce
- Understanding of tools like Trello, Asana, WordPress, MS Office and other campaign management software.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media, customer journey, and email marketing.
- Understanding of lead qualification and nurture process
- Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, project management and decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Zoom
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
- Being detail oriented and extremely organized
- A fun, creative approach and energetic and "willing to do whatever it takes" attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
