business operations analyst

Required background:

• 2-4 years’ experience mainly focusing on Financial and business analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI), specifically, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel in a financial setting (Vlookup and pivots tables are MUST haves, macros would be NICE to have)

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and focus to see problems through resolution.

• Puts the Customer First: Has a relentless focus on the customer. Understands what the customer wants and how to best deliver the experience.

• Ability to work independently and learn from mistakes

• Ability to work across multiple cross-functional technical teams with various levels of financial understanding and communication

• Experience with different accounting functions to perform various tasks

• Works Well with Others: Listens and communicates well with others within and outside of Starbucks. Creates a team environment that is positive and productive.

• Leads Courageously: Takes personal responsibility to do the right thing and persists in times of challenge or uncertainty. Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions.
