Executive Assistant Role:
In this role, you will support the President and will become an integral part of the day-to day projects and decisions that impact the leadership of the firm.
This role will require unparalleled professionalism, a first-class personal presentation, proactive problem-solving skills, and strict attention to detail.
Responsible for a positive first impression of the company’s executive to clients, employees, and the community
Build extensive business and personal relationships
Deliver a "Concierge" level of service
Proactively anticipate the Executive’s needs or suggest superior alternatives
Maintain a demanding schedule
Organize travel, events, and company functions
Document management and efficient file organization
Lead knowledge of the CRM system
Inter-office, employee relationship and task management
Perform basic office management functions


Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years’ experience supporting high level Executives in a corporate environment
The person with the competitive advantage will have an outstanding personality, professional presentation, and positive can-do attitude.
MS Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Expense management experience
Ability to respond to work schedule changes with very short notice
Occasional travel – 2 – 3 times per year
Ability to work in the office 100% of the time
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Incredible professional presentation and demeanor
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
