Ajilon is partnering with a premiere company in Rogers, MN to hire Bilingual Customer Care Representatives. This is a temp to hire opportunity that is 100% onsite at the office in Rogers, MN. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working within a call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top tier customer care to customers
• Review and process orders, inquires and others transactions
• Handle incoming calls from customers
• Provides consistent, professional, clear communication through email and telephone communication to be considered exceptional service.


Qualifications:

• Efficient data entry skills with little to no errors into computer data base
• Experience within a call center environment
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• High School diploma or GED
