Senior Sales Operations Project Manager (Remote)

The Sr. Project Manager, North America Sales Operations will assist business leaders in completion and maintenance of government contracts, government partner support, proposals, and associated reporting/analytics to support the overall North America Sales organization. The Sr Project Manager will collaborate with various functions inside the business (sales, finance, product management, legal, etc.) in completing time-sensitive and highly-visible projects. This remote role can be based anywhere in the US, with a strong preference ideally for applicants to reside near/around Holtsville, NY office or Lincolnshire, IL HQ. Responsibilities: + Prepare and manage all GSA Letters of Supply for government partners so they may maintain compliance on their GSA Schedule Contract. + Work with partners to facilitate new opportunities and to resolve conflict that may hinder sales opportunities. + Ensure contract compliance of existing and new major government contract awards. + Process contract modifications, administer ID/IQ contracts and associated updates, and work closely with the appropriate account team on the resolution of post award customer issues. + Produce the Memorandum of Understanding agreements for all TAA certifications. + Prepare and manage TAA products. + Assist in the completion of RFP responses, working as a liaison between sales and the various teams (technical, legal, finance, product, etc.) that provide necessary inputs. + Complete and maintain ongoing return on investment analysis and other metrics related to government contracts and submitted proposals leverage proficient Excel skills and basic usage of SalesForce.com reporting. + Assist in daily and weekly reporting for sales, finance, and sales operations leadership. + Participate in various ad-hoc team projects as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing/Business or a related field of study or equivalent experience + 5 + years of work experience in either a sales operations, business project management, or an applicable function + Demonstrated experience working with and/or leading cross-functional teams on a project is required + Must reside in the US with the ability to work remotely Preferred Requirements: + Strong preference for applicants to reside near/around Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL but not a firm requirement + Experience with government contracts a plus + A self-starter with passion for collaboration and problem-solving + Ability and desire to learn new tools quickly + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis + Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Microsoft PowerBI are an added plus + Experience using RFPIO a strong differentiator
