Your new role
I am currently seeking a 4 to 8 year experienced Paving Superintendent to pair with an established heavy highway general contractor of mine supporting multiple Roadway build project in the greater Tampa Bay area. This heavy highway general contractor offers the opportunity for growth, hands-on development and are currently a top competitor throughout FL.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience includes road/highway construction and you have a track record of end to end project delivery. Knowing how to manage a project team in order to get everyone working towards a mutual goal is key.

• 4+ years of relatable Superintendent experience
• Majority of experience on either Roadway or Heavy Highway projects
• Superintendent familiar with Civil Roadway/FDOT construction projects, specifically Asphalt Paving and grading
• Experience managing self perform crews and subcontractors
• Site clearing, underground utility experience a bonus
