Analytics Community Consultant (Business Execution Associate)
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Community Consultant (Business Execution Associate).
The successful candidate will focus on several initiatives involving the analytic community, such as supporting and implementing two large conferences, AI WISE and DataWise and assist community forums--both live and virtual. Additionally, you may be lead backup on various initiatives such as our Analytics Community of Practice. You will be on a team that manages a broad range of initiatives with a wide variety of inputs and audiences. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including analytic & technology leaders, is strongly desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ongoing management of multiple initiatives related to community governance and leadership
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive, self-driven deadlines
• Consult with partners across the company to ensure connectivity and manage response to high level change
• Lead the analytics community in the integration of programs and initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary
• Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives
• Evaluate current programs to aid in prioritizing new initiatives focused on gaining optimal results
The successful candidate is comfortable developing and implementing strategic perspectives, fostering innovative solutions, and communicating powerfully & prolifically--including ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to consider new perspectives and ways of doing things.

- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ months of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Event Planning Experience
- Social Media -- Experience influencing a community
- Marketing Experience
