We have an immediate opening in our service department for an experienced Express Service Advisor.

Job Duties:

• Schedule appointments
• Write customer repair orders for routine maintenance and light repairs
• Provide customer labor and parts quotes
• Write internal used repair orders

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Provide a superior customer experience with excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of one year of dealership experience
• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of vehicles
• Good computer skills
