Who we are looking for:

• Friendly Role Model that can assist the management team in the operations of a single shift
• Motivated Self Starter with great positive Energy
• Previous Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience
• Top Notch Customer Service Skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills

Accountabilities:

• Supports the management team in all aspects of store operations during his/her shift.
• Supports positive Guest Satisfaction through great communication, speed of service and consistent product quality
• Protects brand standards in areas such as food safety, restaurant cleanliness, repair and maintenance by routinely advising leadership on areas of opportunity and strategies for maintaining excellence.
• Leads, supervises, and trains team members in a specific restaurant location during their shift.
• Completes administrative tasks (inventory, ordering, scheduling, Online U, Food Safety reporting etc) promptly and accurately as directed by management
• Other tasks as assigned
