We are seeking an in-house sales account associate and customer service individual to join our team! You will assist with customer orders, resolve customer questions over the phone and via a ticketing system and offer solutions to drive company revenue and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Review, make upsell suggestions and enter new customer orders into our order system.
• Work with customers on the phone and via an email/ticketing system to place orders.
• Answer phones and resolve customer service issues.
• Take walk-in customer orders in our factory showroom.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers via phone/email.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Able to multi-task and switch roles easily

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with NetSuite / Quickbooks platforms
• Technically minded and eager to learn
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Well organized
• Friendly team player in a small family-owned business
