E-Commerce Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • This individual will focus on optimizing day-to-day operational activities, support digital marketing initiatives, maintain onsite experience and merchandising, identify new opportunities to enhance.
  • Report bugs, onsite issues, integration issues, return errors, test new technology releases, and communicate ideas for new enhancements
  • Reviews onsite merchandising, style selling, and product shopping experience to make periodic daily updates based on sales activity and product inventory
  • Prepares the ecommerce store for promotions, marketing campaigns, product features and releases, and promotional sales events
  • Helps with project management for the brand eCommerce team, serves as support for the ecommerce business on all projects, and coordinates deliverables and action items across several cross-functional departments
  • Support the eCommerce team with project planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Report regularly on key performance metrics: product release performance, marketing performance, order processing, customer satisfaction, returns rates, shipping initiatives, etc.; Recommend and report on status of improvements and measures of success. Analyze reports and identify opportunities in marketing initiatives, onsite experience, customer experience, etc.
  • Perform all other operational duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience with ecommerce and technology environments, or relevant coursework.
  • Strong initiative, organizational, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work both as a part of a team as well as independently with little supervision.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  • eCommerce fulfillment, operations & inventory management.
  • eCommerce and/or retail customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Asana or other project management software.
